BETTA Professional Figure Skating Accessories are better product focused towards the figure skating industry. From bags on wheels, carry bags, skate bags and covers to soakers and more, BETTA is the better way to shop. The products are durable, fashionable and come in a variety of refreshing colors and exotic patterns. This line was designed to accommodate a figure skaters needs. The biggest addition to our BETTA line this year will be the release of three different types of figure skating bags all with individual convenient and well executed designs. Two of the three designs have already been released and here are some details outlining the products.
BETTA 1 is the ultimate figure skating bag designed with an adjustable frame that allows two inches of expansion in one inch increments. The frame comes in either black or silver and the seat cover and insert are sold as a pair. The insert was made so that you can have maximum use of the product; it has mesh side pockets and zippered side pockets. The insert was designed with reflective piping for safety purposes. Also the interior of the insert has several compartments available for keeping items separated from skates, and from getting wet. It allows you to store any of your skating accessories or personal items. The wheels are separated six inches between the axles. Also there is a private decked id tag on the back, you can keep your id info in it but it’s not always visible. The BETTA 1 is available in six colors and three patterns. This bag is not yet released however we look forward to the launching of BETTA 1 in the figuring skating industry, its simple your buying a better product! We expect a release date of September 1st, 2009.
BETTA 2 is a carry bag on wheels, made with 1680 denier heavy duty water repellent nylon fabric with reflective piping as well as a heavy duty # 10 self repairing zipper (zipper has locking hoops for traveling purposes). It includes a removable parcel bag which can be hung once removed with clothing inside being protected from other items within the suitcase. Also this removable bag has different compartments attached. There is a separate compartment for figure skates and clothes and any accessories you may have. The bag is designed with a side handle, top handle as well as an adjustable pull handle and carry strap. This carry bag on wheels is available in six colors and three patterns.
BETTA 3 is your standard shoulder strap style bag. It is designed with reflective piping, heavy duty 1680 denier heavy duty water repellent nylon fabric and a two inch padded shoulder strap. There is a separate pocket for a cellular phone and water bottle. It also has an accessory towel straps on the underside. The backing of the bag is padded and compartments are separated to keep your skates away from anything else in your bag. This bag is available in six colors and three patterns.
Some other great products that are available in the BETTA line are skate bags, and skate covers. The Skate bag was made to store your skates and to keep them clean and dry. The skate cover was designed to be used during practice or leisurely skating to avoid getting your skates dirty or scuffed and also to keep your feet warm. These two products come in many assorted colors and can be made to match your soakers.

SKATE MATE COMPANY PROFILE
The Skate Mate skate guard was developed in 1988 by a couple of hockey referees one of whom owned a sporting goods store. They knew there had to be a better skate guard than the old leather strap, terry cloth and plastic ones. The idea was to use a high tensile strength composite weave and a moisture absorbing inner layer for a skate guard. This guard, the Original Skate Mate, has proven to be durable and is still around today, although we have made many improvments. As our business grew, more and more of our retail dealers were asking us if we had other skate guard products as they were streamlining their sourcing and would like to purchase all their skate guards from us. After much thought and of course money, we have added the Skate Mate Polar Fleece Soaker and the Skate Mate Synthetics to our line up. This poses another problem. We needed space as my basement office was just crammed and my wife was getting upset that her rec room was being used a storage and packing facility. Well we moved into our own building and have never looked back.
